A lovely antique set of three Victorian oak farmhouse dining chairs, perfect for a country kitchen or traditional interior. These Windsor-style chairs feature turned spindle backs and solid seats with rich patina.

A charming harlequin set of there Victorian country chairs, often referred to as “penny chairs”, crafted from rich, dark-stained hardwood. Each features a shaped top rail, turned spindle back supports, and well-figured solid seats showcasing a beautiful grain pattern. The legs are turned and united by H-stretchers for strength and visual balance.

Condition

Overall in good antique condition. Solid and sound with no wobbles. One chair has had a clean break to a single spindle, which has been neatly repaired and remains structurally stable. Minor differences in design between chairs, but very subtle. Age-related wear throughout, including surface scratches and areas of fading. Overall a lovely set
