  • We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately, but please note that antiques by nature may show signs of age and wear. Product videos or video calls to discuss pieces are available on request.
  • All prices are in GBP. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse sales at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order, including in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or unavailability.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Delivery

  • Nationwide delivery is available via a trusted two-person courier team. Estimated delivery is 3–15 working days from receipt of payment.
  • Delivery to Scotland or remote areas may take longer or incur additional cost — please enquire before purchase.
  • Once an item leaves our premises, risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • We comply with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you buy online and change your mind, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is in the same condition as received.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
  • Custom delivery charges are non-refundable.
