A useful early 20th century oak side table with three drawers, later brass handles, and elegantly tapering legs. Compact and versatile, it also makes an excellent hallway or side table. While there isn’t a great deal of knee height beneath the drawers, it would still work well as a dressing table or occasional writing desk.
Condition Report:
Structurally sound and in good condition overall. The top surface shows consistent fading, scratches, and surface marks in line with age and use. Small split to the beading on right hand drawer, but it has been repaired and is stable and sound. The brass handles are later replacements, as evidenced by small holes from earlier knob fittings — however, they suit the piece well and sit comfortably with its proportions.
