A 19th-century oak dresser of useful and small proportions, retaining its original open rack. The rack has three fixed shelves with a boarded back of narrow boards and a moulded cornice.
The base has a solid oak top above three drawers fitted with brass swan-neck handles and escutcheons. Below is a shaped apron and square legs, united by a low pot board. The piece has good colour and patina throughout, a lovely example.
Condition Report
In good condition, commensurate with age and use. There are surface marks and scratches throughout. Wear to the pot board, including a small hole, as shown. Overall in good solid and sound condition.
